2015-2016学年第二学期国际教育学院外国留学生入学通知

欢迎各国留学生来我院学习！

3月1日新学期开始，请同学们按如下程序办理入学手续：

一、 新生

请新入校留学生3月1日（周二）8点在国际教育学院二楼316和318教室等候考试（零基础学生不需要考试直接在10点钟进入一年级一班）。测试分好班后10点钟到教室和老师见面。注意：请于10点钟之前缴纳学费和教材押金(分别在202和208办公室，一楼)，并把收据交给各班班主任老师。

二、 老生

请老生按自己升级以后所应进入班级10点钟到教室和老师见面。注意：请于10点钟之前缴纳学费和教材押金(分别在202和208办公室，一楼)，并把收据交给各班班主任老师。

三、费用缴纳

教材费请到1楼留学生工作办公室（208室）缴纳押金： 3.1班200元，其他班250元。教材费将按实际价格多退少补，请同学们保管好收据，如收据遗失将不退还教材押金余额。

学费请到1楼留学生科（202室）缴纳。本学期退费时间：3月17日-3月24日。

四、试听

测试分班后有一周试听期。想试听别的班级课程的同学需告知班主任，且一周内必须确定自己的班级，并把注册证等交给该班班主任老师。（注意：同年级平行班之间不能试听）。试听期间不发教材，一旦领取教材，概不退换。

                      Orientation notice for International Students of 2016

You are welcome to study in Ludong University. This semester starts on March 1st ,you are required to register with the following guide.

I  New-coming students

Please go to level 2, room 316 and 318 for placement test at 8:00am, March 1st , and go to the appointed class to meet your teacher at 10:00am. Students of Ice-breaking level will go to Class 1 Grade 1 at level 2 at 10:00am without any test. Please notice that you need to pay the tuition fee and text book deposit before meeting your teachers at 10:00am. Please hand in the receipts to your teachers as well. 

II Coming-back students

Please go to your classroom at 10:00am to meet teachers. Please notice that you need to pay the tuition fee and text book deposit before meeting your teachers at 10:00am.Please hand in the receipts to your teachers as well. 

   III Fees-Payment

Please go to International Students Management Office(留学生工作办公室) （level1, room 208）to pay for textbook deposit (for class 3.1 students, please pay RMB 300 Yuan. Other classes, RMB 250 Yuan) with the overcharge returned and shortage supplemented later. Please go to International Students’ Office to pay (Level 1, room 202) tuition fee. Please keep the receipt.Overcharge returning time: 3.17-3.24

IV. Permission of the class advisor is required if you want to try another class of lower or higher level. Please decide which class you will be within one week. Student will not receive any text book during the trial time. 

If you have any other question, please feel free to consult teachers of “留学生工作办公室”（room 208, Korean Language）or “教务办公室”（room 207, English Language）, both at level 1.

Procedures for registration:

 Test→ Take exam at 2nd floor, room 316 and 318 at 8:00am
